FREIGHT TYPE SPECIMEN BOOK

Students were tasked with creating a 10 page type specimen book for a selected font which would then be combined with the specimen books with four other students to form a type foundry. In addition to designing my 10 individual pages for the font Freight, I helped come up with the direction for my group’s type foundry, Nebula, and designed the foundry logo. I also bound the book with a partner using a drum leaf binding technique.
